New Attitude for Better Work
The project was implemented by Ikaros Foundation together with its Italian partner, Fondazione Et Labora, during July 2017 until June 2018 and it was financed by the European Commission through the Erasmus+ program.
The objective of the project was to open new bridges of collaborations between the two partner organisations and to increase the capacity of its employees to work with young people who have difficulties in integrating on the job market.
The focus of both orgnisations is to offer integrated services the young people who are facing most vulnerable situations: NEETs, the ones who live in rural areas, the ones who leave the care system or who didn’t finalyze their studies.
During the mobility period, the four members of Ikaros Foundation have participated to a series of activities such as:
- Viziting the Et Labora offices from Milan, Rome and Florence;
- Participation to common workshops to better understand the methods and the instruments that ET Labora uses in their work for more than 5 years;
- Participation to observation activities like: job interview, counselling sessions, profesional training, tutoring;
- Realization of a one year strategic plan of development for Ikaros Foundation.
